Like any other finely tuned instrument, your Mountain Cycle frame requires regular maintenance and proper care to ensure years of trouble-free high performance. Despite our adherence to strict aerospace-industry manufacturing procedures, material specifications and tolerances, malfunctions can and sometimes do occur. Most problems of this nature can be traced to mechanical neglect and/or abuse. If your Mountain Cycle has suffered any malfunction or failure, please describe the nature of your problem in an e-mail. Remember to include your full name, address, phone/fax numbers, daytime phone number, make, model year and serial number of your frame, and a detailed explanation of your query or dilemma.
